Business Development Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team and help grow our client base. The ideal candidate is self-driven, persuasive, and eager to meet sales targets. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and promoting our products/services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms

  • Pitch services and solutions to potential clients

  • Schedule and attend client meetings (online or in-person)

  • Maintain follow-ups and convert leads into business

  • Create and share proposals/quotations

  • Keep records of sales, contacts, and status updates

  • Meet monthly targets and contribute to revenue growth


Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong presentation and negotiation abilities

  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing, web development, or IT services (preferred)

  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field
